RETURN POLICY

As working musicians and all around gear addicts we understand the importance of getting the right gear that meets your playing needs and expectations. Nothing makes us happier than getting you the best drum gear in a timely fashion at the best prices!

Our hope is that you never find this page useful, but invite you to contact us if you ever have any questions regarding an item you received.


IN-STORE AND ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS:

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving an item to open a return ticket. New items eligible for return must have a return ticket opened within 5 days of receipt. All items must be in the original packaging with manuals and any other materials provided. Online customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking/processing fee.

• Please do not ship an item back for return until you have contacted us and started our return process.

ITEM RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

Discontinued, floor models, special orders, and Vintage/PreLoved (used) items are not eligible for return.

Due to various concerns, all online purchases of sticks, mallets, drum heads, snare wires, and parts are ineligible for return. If you have any questions or concerns of what size heads your kit requires please contact us. We are happy to help!

EXCHANGES: Please note that due to fluctuations in availability, wait times on exchanges may vary and are handled on a case-to-case basis. All exchanges must be arranged prior to return of items.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Items ordered to a customers special specifications, discontinued items, or items not currently in stock are not eligible for return for refund.

RETURN SHIPPING: Customers are responsible for return shipping on all items. Please be aware that some items ship directly from the manufacturer. Please do not send any item back to the manufacturer. All items must be returned to:

REFUNDS: Please note: once an item(s) receives approval, refunds may take up to 30 days to complete return to customers account.

If you have received an item(s) that is eligible for return that does not meet your expectations please contact us to discuss EXCHANGE/return options.


MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE

 

ONLINE:

1) Open a return case for eligible items by contacting us at sales@theghostnote.net or 940-387-1111. Please give us a detailed description of your concerns along with any purchase documentation. Receipt must be included. Pictures are always helpful!

2) Once your return has been approved please ship the item(s) and original packaging/contents in question back to:

3) Upon receipt of items T(G)N Staff will examine and confirm item(s) for return. We will confirm receipt and approval of item(s) via call & email.

4) Once an item receives approval for return or exchange we will ship a replacement item or refund payment in its original form.

*Items returned that do match return descriptions must be shipped back at the cost of customer. Please provide accurate descriptions and pack all items safely for their journey back. Thanks!
